  • Water Aerobics

    A low impact cardio & strength class that takes place in chest deep water. No swimming skills are needed! This 60 minute class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed with music playing. The moves are adaptable to multiple fitness levels and easy to follow.

  • Yoga Classes

    Ranging from Gentle to Power, Hether Crawford has classes throughout the week at a variety of studios located in St. Augustine, FL. You can also find her subbing different classes often. Be sure to follow @hethercrawfordcoaching on instagram to see any last minute schedule changes posted in her stories.

    Mondays - Sun Power, 9am + Mind Body, 10:30am at Yoga Den St. Aug

    Tuesdays - Sunrise Yoga, 7:30am at Embassy Suites Oceanfront Resort (this is a $10 drop in class) + Yoga, 6:30pm at Chuze Fitness

    Wednesdays - Yoga, 10:30am at Chuze Fitness

    Saturdays - Mind Body Flow, 9:15am + Restorative, 10:45am at Yoga Den St. Aug

    2nd & 4th Sundays - Reggae Sunday Flow, 10:30am at Serenity Movement Studio

  • Dance Fitness

    This 50 minute class is high energy and so much fun! Easy to follow choreography along with cardio & strength movements are performed to a variety of music styles. Intended for multiple fitness levels, with lower impact options given throughout. No dance experience is required!

  • Pilates Sculpt

    A pilates inspired class that blends the precision of pilates with strength-building movements for a low-impact, energizing workout. With options to add resistance bands and light weights, you’ll focus on controlled, mindful exercises that build strength and confidence. This low-impact, energizing class is perfect for all levels, with thoughtful modifications offered to keep you feeling supported, aligned, and strong. This class will be in a cozy 80-degree room.

Class Participation Waiver

By participating in the fitness classes or activities offered by Hether Crawford of Hether Crawford Coaching you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in fitness classes and exercises involves inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of personal injury or health-related issues. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Health Statement: You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the fitness classes or activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, you must consult with a healthcare provider before participation.

Professional Guidance: You acknowledge that it is advisable to seek professional medical advice if you have any doubts about your ability to safely participate in the classes. If needed, you should follow the guidance and restrictions set by your healthcare provider.

Proper Use of Equipment: You agree to use any equipment provided by Hether Crawford and/or the facility hosting the class in the manner intended and follow all instructions provided by the instructors or staff. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury.

Waiver of Liability: You agree to waive, release, and discharge Hether Crawford, Hether Crawford Coaching and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise from your participation in the classes, including any claims related to personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Consent to Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during any fitness activity, and you agree to be financially responsible for the cost of any such treatment.

Changes and Cancellations: You understand that Hether Crawford reserves the right to change or cancel classes or schedules at any time.
