What the Monthly Meet Ups Look Like

Learn & Explore — Enjoy a mini workshop focused on that month’s theme

  • Not at all! All bodies and experience levels are welcome. We don’t do exercises during our time together.

  • Only if you want to be. You can participate fully off-camera and still enjoy the community experience.

  • No worries! Every session is recorded, and you’ll receive a replay along with the movement challenge and journaling prompt so you can watch anytime.

  • Each virtual meetup is 60 minutes:

Each session is designed to help you move with intention, connect with your body, and build sustainable, feel-good habits.
