Hether Crawford has 14+ years of personal training and group fitness experience & education, and coaches through a non-diet lens with a compassionate, adaptable, and inclusive approach.
Group Fitness Classes are the right fit for you if:

My goal with any group fitness experience, whether it’s training or a fitness class, is to provide an atmosphere of fun, while ensuring that everyone feels supported. I want to empower you to feel in charge of your experience as you learn to listen to and take action on what feels most valuable to you in the moment.
