Fresh Start Fitness is all about starting where you are (yes, exactly where you are) and helping you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility to make everyday life feel easier and more fun.

A variety of workouts, no pressure—just a mix of strength, cardio, balance and flexibility that fits you, plus a personal trainer in your corner who’s got your back.

Fresh Start Fitness is right for you if:

You are brand new to working out, or it’s been a while since you’ve had a consistent fitness routine.

You don’t want to/aren’t able to meet with a personal trainer for your workouts, but still want a professional to design your workout.

You value live coaching where you can ask questions.

You want to exercise at home, on your own schedule.

You like to just hit play and follow along.

You want to try workouts that are varied in style and duration so that you can discover exercise you enjoy.

You have limited time and/or equipment availablility.

You like daily encouragement and tips that you can read on your own time.

My goal with a Fresh Start Fitness is to bring you a plan that enables you to just show up and get going. I aim to empower you to to create habits that fit your schedule, your body, and your goals, so you can feel confident in every step forward - while feeling fully supported by me, your coach.

*Next Group is September 14 - October 11, 2025

Each week, I will send you a link to 3 video workouts (Strength, Cardio, Balance/Flexibility), so all you have to do is hit play, on your schedule. Do all the workouts in one week, or just pick 1-2 to try. Have more time/energy? You can do these workouts more than once in the week.

Think workouts like gentle yoga, energizing yoga, mat pilates, strength-training, cardio kickboxing, cardio dance, bodyweight cardio, etc. The workouts will vary in length, 20-60 minutes. All will be beginner friendly with lots of options and variations to choose from.

Once a week, we'll get together live (virtually) for a short workshop and open q&a. These Live Group Coaching Zooms are where you'll get personalized support from me, plus group camaraderie. I highly encourage you to make time for these! But they will be recorded and link sent to you each week if you are unable to join live.

FRESH START FITNESS FAQ

  • This virtual group coaching experience is 4 weeks long.

  • If you are working out at home: Ideally, have enough space to lie down + stand up + comfortable clothes to move in + water. Preferably you have 2 dumbbells, but no equipment is required. I will show you how to work with what you’ve got!

    A device that allows you to access Zoom and YouTube.

  • These Live Group Coaching Zooms are where you'll get personalized support from me, plus group camaraderie. I highly encourage you to make time for these! But they will be recorded and link sent to you each week if you are unable to join live.

  • While I cannot guarantee that you will be able to complete each workout, all of the workouts are designed with you in mind. I love to offer lots of options and variations to help support you fitness level.
